Many fairy tales begin along the peaceful Sacramento River at Scribner Bend Vineyards, where couples take their vows and start a life together. With 6,000 sq. ft. of stunning landscape, the Vineyard offers a secluded place of true romance, along with the convenience of nearby restaurants and hotels, the flexibility of different wedding packages, and the hospitality that families and their guests deserve.
Romance.
Beautiful Grounds: The vineyard and surrounding grounds are well manicured with landscaped gardens, a courtyard, and fountains—creating a perfect wedding setting.
Atmosphere: Summer nights are about 10 degrees cooler than in the center of Sacramento, and the Delta provides a cool breeze.
Rustic and Intimate: The renovated barn provides a perfect scene for wedding photos, with a private balcony overlooking acres of vineyards.
Location.
Close to Downtown: Just 12 minutes away, located on the beautiful Sacramento River.
Convenient Lodging: Scribner Bend Vineyards works closely with Le Rivage and Embassy Suites—most of the wedding parties have their guests stay at these locations. Both hotels have a great discounted rate on block bookings.
Rehearsal Dinner Options: Freeport Bar and Grill and Scott’s on the River are nearby popular locations for rehearsal dinners. The Vineyard also has an indoor Tuscan room that can seat up to 50 people for a sit down dinner, or the couple can have their rehearsal dinner at one of the outside locations on the property.
Flexibility.
Size: Scribner Bend can hold ceremonies and receptions ranging from 75-230 guests.
Variety: There are several different locations on the property for ceremonies, and a separate location set up for a reception.
Packages: The Vineyard offers a few different packages, ranging from the basic package that just includes the rental of the vineyard, to an all-inclusive package where the Vineyard provides everything needed for the big day (the Dream Wedding Package).
