Cathedral of the Blessed Sacrament Wedding Venue
The Cathedral of the Blessed Sacrament was originally built in 1889 and was rededicated in 2005 after a significant two-year restoration. It is one of the largest cathedrals west of the Mississippi and a very popular wedding venue for brides and grooms in the greater Sacramento area. A few incredible features include: the Cathedra (Bishop’s chair), a spectacular dome, a 13-foot crucifix, a tabernacle tower, and a 100-year-old sanctuary lamp.
